Are you superstitious?

In real estate, there are a few different myths people hold on traditions or rituals you can take to bring good luck and fortune to your home.

We had a recent seller asking about one of them so we thought this would be a good time to add them into an episode!

The first one,  St. Joseph is known to realtors as the patron saint of homeselling. There are a few different theories on it but, it's said, that if you bury a statue of him next to the For Sale sign and facing the front door then he'll increase the chances of good luck in selling the home.

Another tradition, which is common outside the real estate world too, is smudging (or saging). This involves burning dried sage and spreading the smoke throughout the house. It's said that the smoke clings to any "bad" energy and takes it away as the smoke clears.

Our top priority is going above and beyond for our clients. Whether you believe in these or not, we do whatever it takes to give our clients the greatest edge in selling their home.
